Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment center that is meant to handle drug and alcohol addiction issues and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehab partakes in various rehabilitation activities and techniques during the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is done several days per week, depending on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for drug or alcohol addicted individuals in Hightstown who who may be unable to afford long-term inpatient rehab, or who are not able to be apart from their home and work for extensive durations of time.
