Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehabilitation center that is meant to deal with substance abuse issues and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in treatment takes part in a number of treatment activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the severity of the drug or alcohol problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for addicted persons in Hennessey who who may be unable to cover the costs of long-term inpatient treatment, or for those who are unable to be away from their home for extended durations of time. While in Day Treatment, treatment clients take part in typical treatment services for addiction issues while also overcoming mental health disorders which could keep them from remaining sober when rehabilitation is complete.
