Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug rehab facilities in Hampton and in the USA. Judges around the country often find it more beneficial to rehabilitate people who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other such rulings.
