Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment facility that is meant to treat drug addiction problems and psychological issues which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehab takes part in a number of rehab services and strategies during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the seriousness of the problem.
