Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation center which is meant to handle drug and alcohol addiction problems and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehab participates in a variety of treatment activities and methods in the day and then returns home in the night time.
