Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of drug rehab center that is meant to handle drug and alcohol addiction problems and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehabilitation takes part in a number of treatment activities and techniques during the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is carried out several days per week, depending on the seriousness of the problem.
