Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center which works to treat substance abuse disorders and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in rehabilitation takes part in various rehab activities and methods in the day and then leaves in the evening. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the drug or alcohol problem. Partial Hospitalization can be helpful for drug addicted people in Glasston who may not be able to cover the costs of long-term inpatient treatment, or for treatment clients who are unable to be apart from their households for extended lengths of time.
