Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility that is meant to deal with drug and alcohol addiction problems and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment takes part in a number of rehabilitation services and methods in the day and then leaves in the evening. This is carried out several days per week, depending on the significance of the problem.
