Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment program that is meant to treat drug addiction issues and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in treatment participates in a number of treatment services and methods in the day and then leaves in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the severity of the drug problem.
