Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug treatment center which is meant to handle drug addiction issues and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab participates in a variety of rehabilitation services and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done several days per week, depending on the seriousness of the problem.
