Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center which is meant to handle substance abuse issues and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment participates in various treatment services and approaches in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the significance of the drug problem.
