Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug treatment program which is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health issues which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in a number of rehabilitation services and techniques in the day and then leaves in the evening time.
