Individuals may become addicted to drugs no matter their handicap or personal physical challenge. This often makes people even more susceptible to getting involved in drug or alcohol addiction, as a result of the various issues that may pop up in the perspon's life. This is often a factor for persons in the deaf and hearing impaired community also, and rehab for drug and alcohol abuse issues is sometimes needed.
