Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who are currently taking part in drug treatment facilities in Freedom and in the USA. Judges in the country are finding it more effective to rehab men and women who have found their way into the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, instead of punishing them in vain with jail time and other such rulings. It has proven more successful to handle the issue of addiction directly, than to invoke such penalties.
