Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehabilitation program that works to handle substance abuse issues and mental health problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation takes part in a number of treatment activities and strategies in the day and then returns home in the evening time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem. Partial Hospitalization can be helpful for drug addicted men and women in Foristell who who may be unable to pay for long-term inpatient treatment, or for treatment clients who are not able to be away from their families for prolonged durations of time.
