Programs which go by the name of Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are readily available to those individuals in Flatwoods who are having difficulties with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. These types of centers may be helpful to specific rehabilitation clients in Flatwoods who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take part in an inpatient facility due to personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization centers treat the client in the daytime through therapy and other treatment strategies, and then the client goes home in the evening. Treatment is performed nearly each day of the week on an intensive plan which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the individual both body and psychologically.
