Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol rehab facility that is meant to handle drug and alcohol addiction problems and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in a variety of rehab activities and approaches in the daytime and then returns home in the evening.
