Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility that is meant to treat substance abuse issues and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation partakes in a variety of rehabilitation services and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done several days per week, all dependent on the significance of the drug problem.
