Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility which is meant to treat substance abuse problems and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in treatment takes part in a number of treatment activities and techniques in the day and then leaves in the night time.
