Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are offered to certain people in East Berlin who are fighting co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and mental health problems. These sorts of centers may be beneficial to specific rehabilitation clientele in East Berlin who may not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient care, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient program because of personal obligations. Partial hospitalization facilities work with the client in the daytime through therapy and other treatment methods, and the individual returns home in the PM. Rehab is carried out anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the client both physically and psychologically.
