Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehab program that is meant to treat substance abuse issues and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in rehab participates in various rehabilitation services and approaches during the day and then returns home in the evening. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the significance of the problem.
