Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation center which is meant to handle substance abuse problems and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in a number of treatment activities and techniques during the day and then leaves in the night time.
