Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who take part in drug rehabilitation centers in Dona Ana, New Mexico and in the USA. Court systems in the U.S. often find it more advantageous to rehab people who have wound up in the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than punishing them in vain with time in jail and other penalties. It has proven more effective to address the issue of addiction directly, than to enforce such penalties.
