Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clientele who take part in drug rehabilitation programs in Dewey and in the USA. Court systems in the U.S. often find it more beneficial to treat individuals who have ended up in the criminal justice system for drug related crimes, instead of punishing them in vain with jail time and other penalties.
