Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who are currently taking part in drug treatment programs in Daytona Beach, Florida and in the USA. Court systems in the U.S. are finding it more helpful to rehabilitate people who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than punishing them to no avail with jail time and other penalties.
