Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehabilitation center that works to treat substance abuse disorders and psychological disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab takes part in a variety of rehabilitation services and approaches during the day and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the problem.
