Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehab program that works to treat substance abuse problems and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in rehab participates in a variety of rehabilitation services and methods in the daytime and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, all dependent on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
