Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug treatment facility which is meant to treat drug addiction disorders and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in treatment participates in a number of treatment activities and methods in the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the significance of the problem.
