Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment facility that works to handle drug addiction problems and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in rehab participates in various treatment activities and methods during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
