Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug rehab center which is meant to handle substance abuse disorders and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab partakes in various treatment services and methods during the day and then returns home in the night time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
