Gays and Lesbians can sometimes have specific treatment requirements when receiving treatment. A tailored curriculum and rehab atmosphere which is conducive to the needs of gays and lesbians is available in many drug and alcohol rehab programs throughout the Center area which acknowledge the diverse needs and challenges which gays and lesbians in Center will have to deal with while in treatment. LGBT in Center can most definitely become fully rehabilitated in the same way as any other person in rehab, though it is beneficial for gays and lesbians to be in a supportive environment while in drug rehab which will not at all discriminate against them or estrange them because of their sexual preference.
