Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of alcohol and drug rehabilitation program which works to handle drug addiction problems and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the individual in rehabilitation participates in a variety of treatment services and techniques in the day and then returns home in the evening.
