Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug rehabilitation facility which is meant to deal with substance abuse issues and psychological disorders which might be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the treatment client in treatment participates in a variety of rehab services and strategies in the day and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the drug problem. Partial Hospitalization can be most effective for drug addicted men and women in Cattaraugus who are unable to pay for long-term inpatient treatment, or who are unable to be apart from their home for extended durations of time. While in Day Treatment, treatment clients participate in typical treatment services for drug and alcohol addiction issues while simultaneously dealing with mental health disorders which could keep them from staying sober once rehab is complete.
