Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of alcohol and drug rehabilitation center which works to treat drug addiction problems and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the person in treatment participates in various rehabilitation services and approaches in the day and then leaves in the night time. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the problem.
