Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs in Camden, New Jersey and in the USA. Court systems in the country often find it more beneficial to rehab individuals who have found their way into the court system for crimes relating to drugs, rather than punishing them in vain with jail time and other such rulings.
