Programs known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment centers are available to certain individuals in California, Pennsylvania who are fighting co-occurring alcohol and drug abuse and psychological disorders. These types of centers may be effective to those rehabilitation clientele in California, Pennsylvania who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient center due to personal responsibilities. Partial hospitalization programs work with the individual during the day through therapy and other rehab methods, and the individual returns home in the PM. Treatment is performed anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both body and psychologically.
