Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehab facility which is meant to deal with drug addiction problems and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment participates in a variety of rehabilitation services and techniques during the day and then leaves in the night time. This is done several days per week, depending on the seriousness of the drug problem.
