Programs known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are available to those men and women in Broussard who are having difficulties with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health problems. These types of programs can be beneficial to those rehabilitation clientele in Broussard who may not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient program due to personal obligations. Partial hospitalization centers treat the individual in the daytime through counseling and other treatment strategies, and then the client returns home in the PM. Rehab is conducted anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive plan which seeks to fully rehabilitate the individual both physically and psychologically.
