Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of drug and alcohol treatment facility which is meant to treat drug and alcohol addiction issues and psychological issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehabilitation takes part in a variety of rehabilitation activities and strategies in the daytime and then returns home in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, depending on the severity of the drug or alcohol problem.
