Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a kind of alcohol and drug rehab facility that works to deal with drug addiction issues and mental health disorders which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in a number of rehab activities and methods in the daytime and then leaves in the evening time. This is carried out several days per week, depending on the seriousness of the drug or alcohol problem.
