Criminal justice clients are a significant portion of clientele who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug rehab programs in Bolt and in the USA. Court systems in the country often find it more beneficial to treat people who have found their way into the court system for drug related crimes, rather than punishing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties.
