Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clients who take part in alcohol and drug rehab programs in Big Rock and across the nation. Court systems around the country are finding it more advantageous to rehabilitate individuals who have found their way into the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties. It is proven to be more effective to tackle the trouble of drug addiction more straightforwardly, than to enforce such penalties.
