Partial Hospitalization, sometimes referred to as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol treatment center that is meant to deal with drug addiction issues and mental health problems which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in treatment participates in various rehabilitation services and methods in the day and then returns home in the evening.
