Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehabilitation program which is meant to deal with substance abuse issues and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the individual in rehab partakes in a variety of rehabilitation activities and approaches in the daytime and then leaves in the evening.
