Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug treatment center that works to treat drug addiction problems and mental health issues which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in treatment participates in a number of rehabilitation activities and methods in the day and then returns home in the evening. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the seriousness of the problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for addicted people in Berger, Missouri who are unable to pay for long-term inpatient rehab, or who are unable to be apart from their home for extended lengths of time.
