Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of alcohol and drug rehab center which is meant to deal with substance abuse disorders and mental health problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the individual in rehab takes part in a variety of treatment activities and methods in the daytime and then returns home in the evening time. This is done several days a week, depending on the significance of the drug or alcohol problem.
