DUI/DWI offenders in Bagdad are sometimes given the opportunity to take part in a drug and alcohol treatment facility as opposed to receiving other consequences for their drug or alcohol related crimes. Penalties for these types of offenses can occasionally be very severe, which can include being locked up in jail and significant fines and even significant costs associated with being in court for and/or found guilty of DUI/DWI.
