Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility that is meant to deal with drug and alcohol addiction disorders and mental health problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the person in rehab partakes in various treatment services and techniques in the day and then leaves in the evening time. This is done several days per week, all dependent on the significance of the drug problem.
