Facilities known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment facilities are available to those men and women in Athol who are fighting co-occurring substance abuse and psychological disorders. These sorts of facilities can be effective to those treatment clientele in Athol that might not be able to afford inpatient treatment, or who are unable to take part in an inpatient facility due to familial responsibilities. Partial hospitalization facilities treat the client in the daytime through therapy and other rehabilitation methods, and then the client goes home in the PM. Treatment is conducted anywhere from five to seven days per week on an intensive program which seeks to fully rehabilitate the client both physically and mind.
