Partial Hospitalization, also known as "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a form of drug and alcohol rehabilitation center that works to handle drug addiction disorders and psychological problems which may be co-occurring. In a PHP facility, the person in rehab partakes in various rehab activities and techniques in the daytime and then leaves in the evening time. This is done anywhere from five to seven days per week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
